We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit (the “Site”), contact us, or use our services.

2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to personal data we collect through the Site, through our forms and communications, and in the course of providing our services. It does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services that we do not control, even where we link to them.

Information you provide to us. When you complete our contact form or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the information you choose to give us — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message. If you engage us for services, we may collect additional business and billing information.
Payment information. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers on our own systems. Stripe processes your payment data under its own terms and privacy policy.
Information we collect automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, the pages you view, referring/exit URLs, and the dates and times of your visits.

5. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share personal data only as described below:
- Service providers / processors who perform services on our behalf, including: Stripe (payment processing), Google (analytics and advertising — see Section 6), our website hosting provider, and our email and communications providers. These parties may process your data only on our instructions.
- Legal and safety reasons — where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FAKTORY44, our users, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
6. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and (with your consent) deliver and measure advertising. We group cookies into categories: Necessary, Functional, Performance, Analytics, and Advertisement.
